PAINTER (Exterior)
We have an immediate opening for an experienced exterior painter. Qualified applicants must be experienced with various paint materials, preparation, applications and possess a high degree of skill in exterior work. Buildings are two-story with siding and wood trim. Only dependable team players are sought for this position. Excellent Monday thru Friday schedule. This position is full-time / permanent.
FRONT DESK
We seek friendly, experienced individuals to serve our valued guests at our Front Desk. Qualified applicants should be well-equipped to provide outstanding service on a continual basis, with dependability and a team orientation. Front desk personnel must have a good, professional appearance. Duties include check in / checkout, customer service—performed in an efficient, accurate manner. Full-time and part time available.
CLUBHOUSE / RECREATION ATTENDANT
Our Clubhouse / Recreation Attendant position requires friendly, helpful service to our customers. The position includes monitoring and attending to a clubhouse area that includes a pool, gameroom, exercise facilities and light retail activity. Previous experience in a related situation is helpful. Qualified applicants will be highly dependable and truly enjoy working with the public. A good, professional appearance is required. Availability of afternoon/evening shift, both full and part time.
HOUSEKEEPING
We are currently seeking experienced housekeepers. Qualified housekeeping applicants shall also possess excellent cleaning skills, with the ability to deliver a high quality cleaning product in a fast-paced environment. We seek highly dependable, team players who can be counted on for consistently high performance. Full and part time positions.
