TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Your reservation must be made directly through Holiday Villas, either by phone or this website. No third party transactions are applicable.
    
2. This offer does not apply to special corporate or group rates, group discount programs such as AAA, gift vouchers, auction programs or packages.
    
3. The "Better Rate" must be located and notice given, with 36 hours of making a reservation directly with Holiday Villas, and the rate must apply to an identical accommodation for the identical dates. The Better Rate Claim link below will provide you with the means to notify us that you have found a better rate. Within twenty-four (24) hours, Holiday Villas will reply to your claim, and if accurate, shall provide you with the better rate, plus an additional discount of 10% (applicable taxes or fees still apply).
    
4. Rate differences which are the result of foreign currency rate fluctuations are excluded.
    
5. Holiday Villas shall not be responsible for any cancellation fees that may be applied if reservations have been made through any other party.
    
6. Holiday Villas may, at any time, cancel or modify this program.
